Gratte Brothers successfully passed the 3 yearly audit conducted by BM Trada on behalf of the HVCA (Heating and Ventilating Contractors' Association).
Gratte Brothers operational systems and mechanical services technical competence were assessed at Head Office as well as at randomly selected maintenance and construction sites. The Auditor's glowing summary stated:
"Well planned and presented documentation by the Management Systems Auditor, ably and willingly supported by a number of contributors, all as befits a flagship member of the HVCA".
