Cadogan Estates is the property investment company which runs the Cadogan Family’s Chelsea estate

Project Scope

Gratte Brothers was appointed to undertake the design development and installation of the mechanical and electrical services in the refurbished Grade II listed former church.

The space was converted into a modern and comfortable auditorium with a new stage suitable for a full classical orchestra.

The mechanical services included air conditioning, water chillers and cooling tower, gas fired boilers and hot water distribution.

The electrical services comprised production lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, front-of-house communication and specialist data and video cabling for lighting and sound areas.
