With over 25 years experience in the management of major mechanical services projects Gratte Brothers expanded its capability in July 2000 with the acquisition of A.G. Manly Group Ltd, a family owned mechanical services contractor established in 1948. This company was incorporated into Gratte Brothers Limited to provide a comprehensive mechanical and electrical service from one source.

Whilst sharing the retail, commercial, hotel, leisure and data centre sector expertise of our electrical services personnel our mechanical capability extends to the highly specialised pharmaceutical sector.

Typical mechanical services projects range in value from £20,000 to £10,000,000.

Contracts can be undertaken on a design and build or installation only basis. Both mechanical and electrical services can be provided where a client prefers to single source the M&E services.
