Gratte Brothers Group (GBG) currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Facilities & Fleet Administrator to join their team based in King’s Cross, London.

As a part of the Facilities team, you will enjoy a varied and engaging role in assisting the Group Facilities Manager and Deputy Facilities Manager with the day-to-day administrative duties of our facilities and fleet of vehicles. Your key responsibilities will include vehicle hire, mileage claim submission, tracker reporting, administration for all vehicle sales/purchases, and the processing of any fines due.

The successful candidate will have previous experience gained working in an Administration or Office Support role (essential), and it is desirable that you have experience of working in a facilities department/team.

As part of the position, you will be required to provide ad-hoc reception cover when requested, so, it’s imperative that you are an approachable, confident people-person with a professional manner.

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable, has excellent administration skills and is able to adapt to changing priorities. To excel in this role, you will need to have a service-focussed attitude with the ability to work to deadlines and be a supportive team player. Candidates must have GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths A* – C (new grades 9-4).
