Gratte Brothers Group currently has an opportunity for a Learning & Development Administrator to join their Human Resources department in our Regents Wharf office.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Learning & Development Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing the learning and training function within the Company.
The successful candidate will be required to plan, deliver and review all training needs in line with company competency requirements. They will ensure that all statutory and compliance training requirements are met and also assume responsibility for the administration of all CSCS card applications.
They will also be required to manage training matrixes, organise and deliver weekly new employee inductions and work to identify future training and development requirements.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess previous experience as a Learning & Development or Training Administrator, ideally within the Building Services or Construction industry.
They will have excellent organisation skills, be able to multi-task within a busy environment and have good attention to detail.
Possession of CIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development certificate or diploma (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
