We can also undertake the design process both in-house and in partnership with your consultants. Our talented CAD team use Revit 3D modelling software to visualise concepts and we are BIM compliant, which means we can reduce project timescales and ultimately, costs.

We can also install full turnkey packages, including walls, floors and ceilings, through our accredited specialist sub-contractor teams.

Installations Expertly Project Managed

Whether from our own design or your own specialist catering consultant’s our Project Management Team will install the design to your specification.

A directly employed Project Manager and Installation Team, supported by office-based Programmers and Procurement Specialists, will be allocated to your project to ensure that it is delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. All of our Installation Engineers are qualified to the relevant nationally recognised standards and have extensive catering facility experience from small refurbishments through to large turnkey projects.

Once your commercial catering equipment has been commissioned we will train your staff to operate it effectively and safely and when we leave we are only a phone call away in case of queries.​

A Maintenance Service You Can Trust

Commercial kitchens are filled with complex equipment which requires regular planned maintenance to ensure that it operates efficiently. Gratte Brothers employ a team of Specialist Maintenance Engineers who are qualified to service a wide range of equipment types and brands.

The company offers 3 types of maintenance cover including a bespoke option designed to suit your individual needs. With every type of maintenance contract, you will have access to Gratte Vision, cloud-based software which allows your access from anywhere, at any time to your real time planned preventative maintenance (PPM) status.
