Landsec’s flexible office brand, Myo, first appeared in London in 2019 when Myo 123 Victoria Street opened its doors to offer flexible, bespoke commercial office space. Having continuously evolved and proven the concept, Landsec, the UK’s largest commercial property development and investment company, decided to expand and, in 2021, launched its second location in Dashwood, which is located just moments away from London’s Liverpool Street station. This second location offers beautiful views across the city of London and is set across four floors and 35,472 sq ft of a newly-redeveloped 17-storey building.
