State of the Art Design

From creating small-scale kitchen schemes in-house to partnering with specialist designers to make larger kitchen design concepts a reality – whatever the needs and size of your business, we can design both small and large kitchens to your unique specifications.

We can also undertake the design process both in-house and in partnership with your consultants. Our talented CAD team use Revit 3D modelling software to visualise concepts – and we’re BIM compliant, which means we can reduce project timescales and ultimately, costs.

Installations Expertly Project Managed

Whether following our own design or your own specialist catering consultant’s, our Project Management Team will install the design to your specification.

A directly employed project manager and installation team (supported by office-based programmers and procurement specialists) will be allocated to your project so it’s delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. All of our installation engineers are qualified to the relevant nationally-recognised standards and have extensive catering facility experience from small refurbishments to large turnkey projects.

Once your foodservice equipment has been commissioned, we’ll train your staff to operate it effectively and safely – and when we leave, we’re only a phone call away.

A Maintenance Service You Can Trust

Commercial kitchens are filled with complex equipment which requires regular planned maintenance to ensure that it operates efficiently. Therefore, we employ a team of specialist maintenance engineers who are qualified to service a wide range of equipment types and brands.

The company offers 3 types of maintenance cover including a bespoke option designed to suit your individual needs. With every type of maintenance contract, you’ll have access to Gratte Vision, Cloud-based software which allows you access from anywhere, at any time to your real-time planned preventative maintenance (PPM) status.
