Once we are awarded a contract, our project team develops a strategy to maximise the opportunities for pre-assembled and modular construction.

Our in-house, off-site solution raises the bar on standardisation. By adhering to a specific build procedure undertaken by specialist individuals in our controlled environment, we offer consistent quality that could not be matched with a traditional site build.

Our project teams can complete the entire build, testing and snagging period under one roof, within the 23,000 sq.ft of prefabrication facilities, which we have invested in, leaving only final fixing and commissioning as on-site activities.

Modular Solutions

Principal Contracting With M&E Expertise

Increasing client requests to introduce more civil, structural & architectural (CSA) works within our delivery scope has led to our engineering teams being able to undertake principal and general contractor roles on projects.

Initially stemming from our core involvement within the data centre market, CSA works have woven into our delivery criteria, streamlining communication and delivery on projects.

Our dedicated CSA team works alongside a temporary works team, delivering industry-leading temporary works procedures that integrate seamlessly with the M&E delivery.

During the installation phase, our project team closely manages progress on site and communicate both frequently and effectively at regular client review meetings to deliver constant updates in regards to project targets, cost reporting and programmes.

Since continual improvement is a key feature of our culture, at the end of each building services project we conduct extensive customer satisfaction surveys.
