A multinational, corporate group appointed Caraeno as Project Manager to deliver a Grade II London property adjacent to St James’s Palace.
The former offices of Alliance Assurance Company, erected in 1905, has been turned into a collection of 8 residences designed to the highest specification, facilities including a swimming pool and spa.
Gratte Brothers was appointed to undertake the mechanical services which consisted of capital plant, 4 pipe fan coil system, ductwork, insulation, water treatment, BMS, boiler flues, CHP plant, boilers, public health system, soil and waste and gas installation.
Services were installed within the refurbished Grade II building and a new build addition. This required detailed programming to achieve the phased handovers involved.
The specification of the apartments required a complex BMS integration that involved several third parties. Gratte Brothers provided a full suite of building services including networks and AV solutions ensuring that the quality of the installation and commissioning period were met.
