Equipment Specification

We installed a wide range of equipment to maximise efficiency for Dobbies Antrim’s food and drink offering:

  • Front and rear coffee counter: including under counter refrigeration, bottle cooler, water boilers.
  • Dispense bar area: including under counter refrigeration, bottle cooler, water boilers and ice machine.
  • Soft play area counter: including under counter refrigeration, bottle cooler and water boiler.
  • Main kitchen: including combination ovens, deep fat fryers and hot pass counters including extraction canopies and service void.
  • Bakery area: including combination ovens and extraction canopy.
  • Dishwasher area: rack conveyor dishwasher, utensil washer and glass washer.
  • Store area: including racking and COSHH area, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Final Components

All works were completed on schedule and to programme. Our team successfully navigated all challenges presented by this vast project, including the efficient project management of multiple suppliers, sub-contractors and specialist installers on-site simultaneously.
