Gratte Brothers Security Management (GBSM) has an exciting job opportunity for a Service Engineer to join their team.
We are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer to join our Service Team at Gratte Brothers Security Management Limited (GBSM). This field-based role will be responsible for the attendance, completion and rectification of reactive, corrective and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) calls, logged upon receipt from our customers and allocated by the Service Help Desk.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be required to participate in the company out-of-hours response service and attend monthly department review meetings. You will be responsible for delivering gold standard service in all that you do, ensuring you are always wearing the required PPE, displaying company issued-ID and presenting yourself well in company work wear.
The successful candidate will adhere to all NSI, legislative, company and client standards and procedures. You will have a minimum of 3-years’ field experience in service and maintenance of large integrated security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Detection Systems.
We’re looking for someone with integrity who can be a positive ambassador for the Gratte Brothers brand. You will have great technical knowledge and strive to always be expanding your knowledge. Furthermore, you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills to uphold effective communication with the service department. You will also have the ability to manage expectations, solve problems effectively and have the confidence to take the initiative.
