Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Limited (GBCEL) has an exciting job opportunity for a field-based Team Leader to join the team.
The successful candidate will undertake the working activities of a Senior Engineer. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a regional team of Engineers to deliver industry-leading customer service in an efficient and effective manner. You will promote best-practice within the region and across regional groups. The role will require you to regularly conduct audits including Health & Safety, Customer Satisfaction and Quality. In addition, you’ll build effective relationships with existing key customers alongside technical relationships with manufacturers and then circulate relevant information internally.
The ideal candidate will have a supportive leadership style, a reliable and professional attitude towards work, and have a working knowledge of MSFT Office. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering the best possible customer service and has excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). You’ll need to possess 10+ years experience working within the catering equipment service industry with technical training qualifications within the catering equipment industry.
