The first Excellence@Gratte award was recently presented to GBSM Service Support Technician Andy Massey in recognition of his exceptional work in Thailand with one of our global retail clients.
Andy was nominated for the award by our client who commented, “Dealing with emerging situations where we have new teams, new products and new processes plus the ‘small’ matter of foreign language is particularly challenging. Andy did a good job of adapting and shaping collective activity to get what we needed done.”
The Excellence@Gratte Awards were introduced with the aim of recognising exceptional effort. Well done Andy!
