Gratte Brothers Service & Maintenance Ltd is delighted to announce that we have recently signed a three-year deal with One 55 Fenchurch Ltd to provide routine and reactive m&e maintenance services.
One 55 Fenchurch is a private limited company that specialises in the acquisition, letting and management of real estate. Our initial contact began in 2018 when Gratte Brothers was asked to tender for, and then awarded, an initial one-year contract to provide services to six properties made up of multi-tenanted office and residential spaces within London.
Our key objectives in the first year were to create strong communication lines between Gratte Brothers and One 55 Fenchurch with an initial heavy focus on building compliance. We also worked hard to carry out remedial works and rigorous risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment for all.
We are therefore delighted that the success of our objectives and the commitment of our site team has resulted in the extension of this contract for a further 3 years along with an additional building.
