Last month, we attended Clapton Girls Academy’s Careers Fair with Sir Robert McAlpine to inspire and encourage the girls to ask questions and climb the career ladder in areas that they feel passionate about.
We spoke to girls about the types of careers that can be had in the construction industry and the great opportunities available for Women in Engineering. We’re passionate about challenging stereotypes and biases regarding Women in Engineering and so we encourage everyone to ask questions about our industry and to inspire them to obtain careers within our fields.
