We are seeking an Apprentice Administrator to join Security Systems & Software‘s team based at in Warrington.
About the Role:
Are you looking to kick-start your career in security systems & software?
As the Apprentice Administrator, you’ll work proactively within a Helpdesk Team of 7 helping ensure the swift and efficient processing of customers’ requests for service and preventative maintenance works, from receipt through to invoice.
Key Responsibilities:
With support from experienced team members, you will:
- Answering and directing telephone calls.
- Processing customers’ requests for site attendance.
- Preparing estimates and quotations.
- Processing engineer timesheets and expenses.
- Updating of customer portals to provide accurate call status.
