Gratte Brothers Building Services & Maintenance is currently recruiting for three Static Service & Maintenance Engineers to join their London-based mobile delivery service.
About the Role:
We are seeking a Mobile Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working across a portfolio of mobile sites to carry our planned preventative and reactive calls within the central London. This full-time role, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, involves a 40-hour work week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing scheduled maintenance (PPM) and responding to reactive calls for HVAC assets within the contracted areas.
- Maintaining compliance records for all sites, including permits to work, specialist service providers, and statutory requirements.
- Assisting in overseeing subcontractors daily.
- Conducting essential first-fix repairs.
- Assisting the contract supervisor/manager in delivering building services according to contract policies.
- Establishing and monitoring standards for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works and building maintenance.
