Opening September 2023, Daroco at Ilona Rose House is the highly anticipated London outpost from the famous Parisian restaurant group. Gratte Brothers has been working with Soho Estates at Ilona Rose House since the building reached practical completion in 2021 and we were delighted to support their new tenant by working in partnership with our specialist electrical provider to complete an electrical infrastructure upgrade that would facilitate the vision of Daroco Group.

Scope of Works
The project involved the intricate removal of the entire existing electrical installation across both demise and linked landlord areas; making essential electrical alterations, containment installation and wiring updates to meet the highest level of safety compliance and regulations. This required meticulous coordination and careful handling to create an efficient separation of electrical systems within the restaurant space.
Our scope of works included the installation of a 250 Amp Three Phase and Neutral Sub Main in addition to lighting and power alterations.
Optimal Performance & Safety
To ensure reliable power distribution during our electrical infrastructure upgrade, we utilised high-quality components including 95mm2 4 Core LSOH SWA Cable and 35mm2 Earth Cable. A Schneider NSX250S 250 Amp TP&N Plug-in Rotary Auto MCCB with Micrologic 2.2 additionally guarantees optimal performance and safety.
To minimise disruption and maximise efficiency, we assigned one of our experienced Specialist AP Engineers to provide on-site assistance with isolations, manage Permits to Work and perform essential tests to confirm electrical safety.
