Critical Business Services

Consisting of 40,000 sq. ft, 100 Liverpool Street is powered by electricity from renewable sources and is British Land’s first net zero building. Certified BREEAM ‘Outstanding’, Wired ‘Platinum’ and Well ‘Gold’, these premises are considered ‘the new benchmark for London offices’ and uniquely, the tenant’s facilities include a recording studio, wellbeing room, fine dining space and a 100-seat conference room.

Gratte Brothers provides a multi-skilled Mobile Engineer to ensure that the client’s hard services remain operational and compliant at all times and additionally that its critical business services remain undisrupted. This includes critical power backup for their trading platform across two server rooms with specialist equipment providing cooling, fire suppression and early warning monitoring.

Multi-Service Delivery

Maintaining this critical equipment requires our team to have regular and close engagement with the client’s IT department to ensure the continuity of Peel Hunt LLP’s operations.

Uniquely, Gratte Brothers is also able to deliver additional services via management of its sister company, Gratte Brothers Catering Equipment Limited, who maintains the client’s commercial catering facilities. The catering facilities maintenance is inclusive of canopies and fire suppression, walk-in fridge/freezer and vitally ensures that all fire-rated ductwork is internally cleaned.
