Gratte Brothers is delighted to have completed a successful BESCA (Building Engineering Services Competence Assessment) audit in May, receiving a positive recommendation from our auditor for continued BESA (Building Engineering Services Association) certification. No observations or non-conformances were raised and the auditor was impressed by the overall efficiency of our management systems. BESCA is the independent assessment body for BESA certification which focuses entirely on the installation and maintenance processes of mechanical systems.
The audit process consisted of 3 phases over a 5 week duration and despite delayed confirmation of the entire audit scope, all the requisite information was collated in record time!
