Gratte Brothers welcomes new colleagues as BNP Paribas partnership expands

  • Building Services Maintenance

On the 1st of January 2026, fourteen employees successfully joined our Gratte Brothers | Building Services Maintenance team via TUPE transfer, strengthening our delivery team and reinforcing our commitment to a “one team” ethos. We are pleased to welcome our new colleagues whose experience and knowledge will play a vital role in maintaining service continuity and quality across a complex London portfolio.

This staff transition forms part of Gratte Brothers | Building Services Maintenance securing a significant long term contract with BNP Paribas Real Estate, building on a trusted relationship that has spanned more than 15 years. Under the new agreement, Gratte Brothers will continue to deliver essential hard service facilities management across 21 sites within the City of London & surrounding area.

The City portfolio includes a diverse mix of commercial and financial buildings, for which Gratte Brothers has decades of experience in the sector. Our incoming colleagues add deep property-specific knowledge gained through years of working with these sites. Together, this combined expertise ensures exceptional service delivery for our end-users, optimising performance, going beyond compliance and reinforcing trust.

Beyond day-to-day facilities management, the partnership will continue to focus on engineering compliance, service excellence and shared sustainability and decarbonisation goals. This approach aligns closely with BNP Paribas’ wider mission to create positive outcomes for their stakeholders and society.

Barney Whiting, Managing Director for Gratte Brothers | Building Services Maintenance commented:

“While securing this contract continuation with BNP Paribas is an important milestone, our immediate priority is welcoming our 14 new colleagues who joined uson January 1st. They are now part of the Gratte Brothers team, and their experience is essential to maintaining the high standards our client expects. Supporting their transition and ensuring they feel part of one team is fundamental to our long-term success.”
