Cadogan Hall is an historic 950-seat venue in the heart of Chelsea, London. Presenting a wide range of events, including classical music, jazz and musical theatre, the hall is also the permanent home of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra. Gratte Brothers has provided hard services maintenance and project works to this leading venue site since 2004 via a Resident Engineer.
As part of our service, we also provide assistance with moves, changes within the venue and project works, as and when they arise to ensure we provide a seamless operation for our client.
Providing a continuous high-quality service to Cadogan Estates since we were first awarded the Contract in 2004, our services are provided via a Resident Engineer, who is present on-site during normal working hours.
Our Resident Engineer provides planned preventative and reactive maintenance services for the site’s hard services, which includes monitoring cooling towers and water systems and testing emergency lighting, fire alarm and security systems.
Our collaborative and proactive approach has enabled Gratte Brothers to successfully secure Gold Status within Cadogan Estates’ supply chain framework.
Cadogan Estates identified supply chain emissions as a key part of its carbon footprint, requiring suppliers to provide clear data and demonstrate meaningful reduction plans.
We completed Cadogan Estates’ Supply Chain Carbon Emissions Survey, submitting verified Scope 1-3 data alongside a structured carbon reduction plan and long-term net zero commitment, as outlined in our Journey to Net Zero.
We also ran a carbon reduction seminar for our supply chain, helping suppliers identify emissions hotspots and practical actions.
We also maintain the bespoke air conditioning systems within the auditorium, which allows the stage, stalls and circle to be controlled individually or via a centralised computer management system.
